TV presenters from Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia participated to an immersion session at France 24 newsrooms and studios from 20th to 26th of October. This session follows a training week organised at the INA training centre within the framework of a training programme jointly implemented by the Académie France Médias Monde and the INA thanks to the support of the French Embassies in Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco.
From 8th to 21st of October, Fady Matar led 2 training sessions at the Al Rabia radio station in Ajman. The first session was about writing for radio and was followed by a voice training session.

Youssef Tsouri, senior producer at France 24 co-hosted a broadcast management masterclass for senior journalists from media organizations accross Tunisia on September 26th and 27th in Tunis. This masterclass is part of the European Union project OPEN Media Hub.
A new session of the "reporting in dangerous areas" training for radio and TV field journalists and technicians was organised at the manor from 17th to 23rd of September. The participants came from the three channels of France Médias Monde and one participant came from Europe1 and covered during the following weeks the offensive on Mosul.
From September 12th to 16th, Sebastian Connan from France 24 led a consulting workshop on designing a TV programme schedule for employees of the scheduling department of the Vietnamese television VTV.
From September 5th to 9th, professors and assistant professors from the Canadian International College of Cairo participated to a training session about radio sensitization programmes held at France Médias Monde. The session was led by Hassan Tlili, deputy editor in chief at Monte Carlo Doualiya and specialist of the subject.
Within the framework of an agreement with the Media trust (a public organisation managed by representatives from the press), Antoine Cormery went to Port Louis, the capital of Mauritius, from 22nd to 26th August 2016, to train 10 journalists on TV reporting.
40 students from the Communication University of China attended a session in France Médias Monde from 25th to 28th July 2016. They discovered how contents are produced in an international news channel thanks to the interventions of Françoise Champey, Yi Song, Gaelle Faure, Fatimata Wane and Baptiste Fallevoz who is a former correspondent of France 24 in Beijing.
