They are built after an in-depth study of the need (problem, number of people to be trained, general level, logistical needs for training, duration, budget, planning, etc.). On this basis, a costed training offer is proposed with a precise timetable.
The Académie provides editorial staff around the world with its team of high-level experts, specialists in media fields (strategy, content, channel launch, HR, technical, digital, etc.), to carry out consulting and support strategic projects.
The Academie's e-learning training courses are accessible to all without limitation.
Some are free and open access (subject to creating a name + email account). Others are chargeable and accessible after validation of your remote payment
Most training takes place on site but in certain special cases, training can take place at the France Médias Monde headquarters.
The trainers who run the training are always linked very directly to our antennas (France 24, RFI or MCD). This helps to make the training very concrete and practice-oriented.
Senior executives from France Médias Monde as well as carefully selected independent experts are likely to intervene on site or remotely to provide their expertise for consulting.
After an in-depth discussion with the director of the Academy and sometimes an on-site mission, we send you:
- an educational proposal, consisting of a detailed day-by-day course of the training (objectives, duration, number of participants, number of trainers, location, logistical means required, etc.) and a quote.
- a consulting proposal is sent, consisting of a detailed outline and a quote.
The quote includes the training or consulting days and the various related costs: transport, accommodation, meals.
When signing the quote, a deposit is requested for validation.
