From March 4 to 8, 2018, Fady Matar led a training session in Kuwait on the theme of audiovisual writing. Kuwaiti radio journalists participated in this session.
From February 4 to 8, 2018, Fady Matar hosted a voice training session in Kuwait for the benefit of Kuwaiti radio presenters.
Five Journalists from the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation attended two training sessions at France Médias Monde from 4th to 8th December. The first session was about editorial video editing and the second on presenting interactive programmes in radio.
From November 20 to 23, 2017, Fady Matar led two training workshops at the French service of Radio Liban, in Beirut. The first had for theme the radio interview and the second the pose of the voice.
Between October 9th and November 17th, the Académie organised 4 training sessions in radio journalism, TV presenting and magazines as well as in TV directing. Journalists and TV directors attended these sessions organised in partnership with the INA upon request and financing of the French embassies in Morocco and Tunisia.
From September 25th to 29th, the Académie welcomed at France Médias Monde’s headquarters five radio technicians from the Omani Public Authority for Radio and TV. The Omani team attended a training session on sound identity and trailers led by Madjid Miloudi from RFI and MCD.
The Académie organised for Reporters Without Borders a training session on reporting in dangerous areas on September 28th at the Paris 2nd district's town hall.
From September 11th to 15th, journalists from the Omani Public Authority for Radio and TV attended a training session on radio programme schedule management. Experts from Monte Carlo Doualiya, Radio France Internationale and a guest speaker from Europe 1 led this session.
From 4th to 8th of September, five journalists from the Omani public radio, attended a training session, held at France Médias Monde in Paris, about designing and producing radio programmes. Fady Matar from the Académie led this session.
From July 16th to 23rd, the Académie welcomed at France Médias Monde 40 Chinese students from the Communication University of China. The students had the opportunity to discover how the TV news are produced in an international news channel and tested themselves in leading interviews and performing piece-to-camera in close to real conditions.
