As part of the advisory and training contract between the Académie and the Iraqi channel Kurdistan 24, Antoine Cormery assisted the channel’s director from September 10 to 15, 2014, in selecting and recruiting future teams. Eighty interviews were conducted on-site, while additional interviews for top management positions were carried out remotely by Académie experts.

This stage followed other services provided by the Académie for Kurdistan 24, including program schedule design, newsroom organizational charts, job description drafting, and the creation of an online recruitment portal.
