A sound recording training session took place in Cotonou, Benin, from December 9 to 13, 2013. Led by Philippe Mignot, the training aimed to strengthen and enhance the skills of 11 technicians from ORTB.

The participants came from the national radio, as well as the television service and the local FM relay in Parakou, and from the ORTB local station in Cotonou, Pacifique FM. This training followed a journalist training session held in November under an agreement between ORTB and RFI.
