The Academy was chosen by El Khabar, Algeria's leading Arabic-language daily newspaper, to train eight journalists in preparation for the upcoming launch of a 24-hour news channel. Karim Hakiki is providing camera training in Algiers from 18 to 29 November. Other training courses will follow, notably for the management team, which will be at France 24 from 26 to 29 November.
