RFI programmes in French and English have been broadcast on FM in Kuwait since the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information in November 2006. Under this agreement, training sessions are organised each year for journalists from Kuwait National Radio. From 18 to 29 March 2012, Sophie Marsaudon from the Academy supervised two groups of Kuwaiti journalists and producers to help them perfect their skills in the art of radio interviewing and programme presentation.
