The European Union, an important supporter of Tunisia, has mandated Académie France Médias Monde  through the “European twinning” system to support the reform of public television."

Knowledge transformation and application

"For 2 years, between 2021 and 2023, experts from Académie France Médias Monde  traveled to Tunisia to meet their counterparts (CEO, HR director, technical, editorial, production, communication) and support them in the implementation of 'a global operational reform (design of a new organization chart, job description, creation of a newsletter for internal communication, new brand and channel strategy, creation of a VOD platform, etc.)"

Results and impacts

"Equipped with these new tools, Tunisian Television has seen its organization rationalized offering better efficiency, better internal communication and more effective programs (broadcast and digital)."
