From 21 to 25 May, members of the board of directors of Algeria's leading daily newspaper El Khabar learned about how FRANCE 24 operates, with a view to the liberalisation of the Algerian audiovisual landscape. They were able to talk to managers from the editorial, technical and human resources departments. This collaboration will continue on the ground in Algiers.
