From 30 July to 20 August 2012, as part of the ‘Local Radio Stations’ project, our Beninese expert, Félix Zinsou, assisted by Richard GOUTIA, Radio Technician and Permanent Member of the ARC Central African Republic, and Pamphyl MBOMBO – BIGUE, Electronics Engineer/Electrician, installed Radio MBARY FM in Bangassou and Radio MAGBADJA FM in ALINDAO. The ‘Local Radio Stations’ project is being implemented by the RFI-France 24-MCD Academy with the support of the WWF, Electriciens sans Frontière and the European Union delegation in the Central African Republic. The project aims to help communities in the towns of Alindao, Bossangoa and Bayanga to set up three community radio stations in areas where there is no radio coverage.
