Abdelhakim Zemouche from France 24 is leading a reporting training course in Algeria on behalf of the daily newspaper El-Khabar from 13 to 24 January. Eight journalists from this Arabic-language newspaper are being trained in interviewing and reporting techniques in preparation for the launch of El-Khabar TV in April.
