From February 8 to 12, 2026, Fady Matar traveled to Erbil (Iraqi Kurdistan) to lead a voice training workshop for the teams of Rudaw Media Network. Ten journalists from the network’s radio and television branches participated.

The trainees, working in both Kurdish languages, Sorani and Kurmanji, were able, thanks to this training, to apply the vocal techniques covered and adapt them to the specific characteristics of each of their working languages.
